摘 要:随着眼科影像学检查方法的快速发展,超广角成像联合荧光素眼底血管造影、眼底自发荧光、吲哚青绿眼底血管造影等的多模态成像技术在眼内肿瘤(视网膜母细胞瘤、脉络膜黑色素瘤、原发性玻璃体视网膜淋巴瘤、血管瘤及转移癌等)的诊疗中发挥着越来越重要的作用,广角成像对于完整显示瘤体范围、大小及其与视网膜和脉络膜的关系、肿瘤引起的继发性病变的性质和范围均比普通眼底照相更具优势。尽管目前各种相机和广角成像类型的确切用途仍存在争议,阅片尚缺乏统一规范的标准,超广角成像仍面临分辨率不足、伪彩图像的色彩校正、周边部视网膜面积放大及伪影遮挡等问题,但随着技术的进步和更多临床研究的验证,多模态超广角成像将在临床诊疗及远程医疗等新型医疗模式中发挥更大作用。Advances in fundus imaging technology have enabled transformative shifts in the diagnosis and management of intraocular tumor(such as retinoblastoma,choroidal melanoma,primary vitreoretinal lymphoma,retinal capillary hemangioma and metastatic carcinoma).With each successive improvement in ultra-widefield fundus,fluorescein fundus angiography,fundus autofluorescence and indocyanine green fundus angiography,our observations on the nature,location,and secondary lesions caused by the tumor has become increasingly rich with the additional information that multimodal imaging paradigm provides.Although there is still a lack of standards for application and diagnostic criteria and are still problems such as low resolution,pseudocolor image,warping of the retinal area and artifact,ultra-widefield imaging plays a greater role in new medical models such as clinical diagnosis and treatment and telemedicine.It is reasonable to expect that with continued technological advances in multimodal widefield imaging that our ability to capture further detail and resolution of the retina will continue to expand.Ultra-widefield will become the standard-of-care imaging modality for many diseases and find more new clinical and research applications such as for screening and telemedicine.
