摘　　要：胰腺癌是一种恶性程度很高,诊断和治疗都很困难的消化道恶性肿瘤.近年研究发现,长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,LncRNA)可以通过调控表观遗传修饰、选择性剪接、转录和蛋白质翻译,介导肿瘤的发生、增殖、迁移和转移,在胰腺癌的发生发展中发挥着重要作用.本文总结了最新有关LncRNA在胰腺癌发生发展中的研究,以期在胰腺癌的诊治上提供新的临床思路.Pancreatic cancer is a kind of digestive tract malignant tumor that has high malignancy and is difficult to diagnose and treat.Recent studies have proved that long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)can mediate tumor genesis,proliferation,migration,and metastasis by regulating epigenetic modification,alternative splicing,transcription,and protein translation.LncRNAs play an important role in the occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer.In this review,we review the role of lncRNAs in pancreatic cancer to provide possible diagnostic and therapeutic targets for the treatment of this malignancy.
