摘 要:本文研究了凹版印刷电子工艺中刮墨工艺过程各参数的数字仿真,优化刮墨刀和凹版版辊的各项工艺参数。使用有限元方法对刮墨过程的印刷压力,刮墨刀的变形情况进行分析。以刮墨刀系统为例,气缸的压力增大会使刮墨刀两端的变形量增大,而刮墨刀初始角度会很明显地改变刮墨刀中心部分的变形量。建立刮墨刀印刷压力、角度等参数的标准体系,以应对印刷电子高精度带来的尺度效应,要规划版辊网穴结构应对印刷电子产品的需求。The work aims to predict the effect of wiping process parameters on printing quality in gravure electronic.The finite element method was used to analyze the printing pressure and the deformation of doctor knife.As a result,taking the doctor knife system studied as an example,the increase of the pressure of the air cylinder will increase the deformation of the doctor knife at both ends,and the initial angle of the doctor knife will obviously change the deformation of the central part of the doctor knife.The conclusion is that the standard system of printing pressure,angle and other parameters of doctor knife should be established to cope with the scale effect caused by high precision of printing electronics,and to plan the plate cylinder nut structure to meet the needs of printed electronics.
