摘　　要：通过对八位非洲温州移民企业家进行半结构化深度访谈,借助扎根理论方法论进行编码分析,本研究构建出由“移民个体生存期―移民企业成长期―华商群体发展期”三个创业阶段构成的华商螺旋式创业适应模型。螺旋式创业适应机制认为动态适应是草根阶层走出创业困境的关键,揭示了海外华商群体的创业历程,这不仅解答了草根阶层如何利用自我创业成为经济移民、企业家等问题,而且为国际经济移民适应流入国创业环境提供了对策建议。The research constructs a model of entrepreneurial spiral adaptation composed of the three start-up stages of“adjustment of migrant individuals”,“growth of migrant companies”and“development of overseas Chinese businessmen groups”and uses the grounded theory to illustrate the logical relationship between them on the basis of semi-structured in-depth interviews with eight African Wenzhouese migrant entrepreneurs.The mechanism of entrepreneurial spiral adaptation holds that dynamic adaptation is the key for the grass-roots class to get out of the entrepreneurial dilemma,and reveals the entrepreneurial process of overseas Chinese business groups,which not only responds to the issue of how grass-roots could become economic migrants or entrepreneurs by self start-up,but also provides suggestions for international economic migrants to adapt themselves to the entrepreneurial environment of receiving countries.
