摘　　要：探究玉米皮膳食纤维对高脂家兔血胆固醇的影响。以玉米皮为原料,用酶解法去除玉米皮表面淀粉,改性制备玉米皮可溶性膳食纤维(SDF)。用高脂饲料构建高脂家兔模型,建模成功后,正常饲料中添加低、中、高剂量SDF(5%,15%,30%)饲喂10周,分别于0,3,6,10周测定其血清总胆固醇(TC)水平,并于试验结束后解剖观察家兔心脏和肝脏标本变化。结果表明,试验组低、中、高剂量膳食纤维组家兔TC水平与高脂饮食对照组家兔相比在SDF添加第3周,第6周无明显差异(p>0.05),但在SDF添加第10周显著降低(p<0.01);与空白组相比,低、中、高剂量组TC水平均升高(p>0.05)。玉米皮膳食纤维可以降低高脂血症家兔血胆固醇水平,但具体摄入量产生效果的比较有待进一步研究。To investigate the effects of dietary fiber from corn husk on blood cholesterol in hyperlipidemia rabbits.Methods Soluble dietary fiber(SDF)from corn husk was prepared by enzymatic hydrolysis to remove starch from corn husk.High-fat rabbit models were constructed with high-fat diet.After successful modeling,rabbits were fed the normal diet supplemented with low,medium and high doses of SDF(5%,15%and 30%)for 10 weeks.Serum total cholesterol(TC)levels were measured at 0,3,6,10 weeks,respectively.Results Compared with high-fat diet control group,the TC level of experimental group in low,medium and high-dose dietary fiber groups had no significant difference at the 3rd and 6th week of SDF supplementation(p>0.05),but significantly decreased at the 10th week of SDF supplementation(p<0.01).Compared with blank group,TC level in low,medium and high dose groups was increased(p>0.05).Conclusion dietary fiber of corn husk can reduce blood cholesterol level in hyperlipidemia rabbits,but the effect of specific intake needs further study.
