摘　　要：日本提出2050年碳中和目标,为此积极改革汽车税制,加快推动环保汽车应用。本文主要从消费者端剖析日本私人乘用车现行汽车税收体系,分析其鼓励环保汽车应用的具体举措及暴露出的弊端,力求为我国在碳中和背景下推动汽车税收改革支撑汽车工业发展提供借鉴。In order to realize the Carbon Neutralization in 2050,Japanese government is actively revolutionizing its auto tax system to strongly prompt the application of eco-car.This article focuses on the tax system of Japanese private passenger car from the consumer side,analyzing the eco-car encouragement measures from the taxation and shortcomings as well,hopefully get suggestive insights for China auto industry to develop well under Carbon Neutralization.
