摘 要:为提高汽车怠速开空调时发动机轮系工作稳定性和整车NVH性能,对比了怠速开空调不同转速下张紧器工作稳定性及整车NVH的差异;采用理论分析和试验研究相结合的方法,分析了怠速开空调转速提升的原因及转速大小与自动张紧器工作稳定性和整车NVH性能的关系,给出了汽车怠速开空调转速标定的合理范围。结果表明:汽车怠速开空调的转速与多种因素有关,怠速开空调的合理转速必须保证发动机稳定运转和整车NVH性能及低油耗,推荐常用的汽车在怠速开空调时转速提升100~200r/min。In order to improve the stability of engine gear train system and the vehicle’s NVH performance.When the A/C is on,compared the difference of the tensioner’s operating stability and the vehicle’s NVH performance at different idle speed.Adopted the method which combining theoretical analysis and experimental research.Analysised the reason of idle speed increasing as A/C is on,the relationship of different speed with the stability of engine gear train system and the vehicle’s NVH performance.Found a reasonable speed scope of idle calibration when A/C is on.The result shows that the speed of car idle air conditioning is associated with a variety of factors,the reasonable speed must ensure that the idle air conditioning engine steady running,the vehicle’s NVH performance and low fuel consumption.Recommend the commonly speed increasing of vehicle’s A/C on idle is always between 100 and 200 r/min.
