摘 要:基于前期研究所建立的非关联流动模型,进一步结合MMFC和M-K成形极限预测理论,计算了铝合金和先进高强钢的成形极限。针对AA5754-O、AA5182-O、DP600和TRIP780这4种材料,基于Hill48和Gotoh屈服准则计算了成形极限图,并引入了关联和非关联两种流动法则进行对比。结果表明,基于MMFC理论计算的成形极限受屈服准则和流动法则影响不大,其中非关联流动法则下的Gotoh屈服准则略占优势。基于经典的M-K理论建立的成形极限模型对材料、屈服准则和流动法则十分敏感,除AA5754-O外,基于Gotoh屈服准则的非关联流动法则具有明显优势。总体上,耦合非关联流动法则的成形极限理论能更加精确地预测成形极限。Based on non-associated flow model established in previous researches,and further combined with MMFC theory and M-K forming limit prediction theory,the forming limits of aluminum alloy and advanced high strength steel were calculated.For AA5754-O,AA5182-O,DP600 and TRIP780,the forming limit diagrams were calculated based on Hill48 and Gotoh yield criterion,and the associated and non-associated flow rules were introduced for comparison.The results show that forming limit calculated based on MMFC theory is not greatly affected by yield criterion and flow rules,and Gotoh yield criterion with non-associated flow rule is slightly superior.The forming limit model based on classical M-K theory is very sensitive to material,yield criterion and flow rule.In addition to AA5754-O,the non-associated flow rule based on Gotoh yield criterion has obvious advantages.In general,the forming limit theory coupled with non-associated flow rule can predict the forming limit more accurately.
