摘 要:社区老年人群营养风险发生率较高,建立社区老年人群营养管理多学科团队,开展社区老年人群营养管理具有重要意义。通过团队成员的主动式、整合性介入,提高社区老年人群的营养健康知识水平,消除或减少促进慢性病进展的膳食营养因素,改善社区老年人群的营养状况,预防营养不良的发生,减缓慢性病发展。The incidence of nutritional risk among the elderly in the community is relatively high.It is of great significance to establish a multidisciplinary team for nutrition management of the elderly in the community and to carry out nutritional management of the elderly in the community.Through the active and integrated intervention of team members,the nutrition and health knowledge level of the elderly population in the community can be improved so as to eliminate or reduce dietary nutrition factors that promote the progression of chronic diseases,thus helping improve the community elderly nutrition,preventing the occurrence of malnutrition and reducing the development of chronic diseases.
