摘 要:线粒体内膜转位酶9(Translocase of Inner Mitochondrial Membrane 9,TIMM9)主要编码Tim9蛋白。为了确定TIMM9是否可作为肝癌的预后标志物,从UCSC Xena数据库下载泛癌转录组数据,从TCGA数据库下载肝癌转录组和临床数据,从HPA数据库下载Tim9蛋白免疫组化结果,进行生物信息学分析,发现TIMM9在肝癌中的表达增加,且预后及临床相关性分析结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单因素及多因素COX回归分析结果提示TIMM9可作为肝癌独立预后因素,同时GSEA富集分析结果显示多条分子信号通路与其表达增高相关,表明TIMM9可作为肝癌潜在的预后标志物。TIMM9 mainly encodes Tim9 protein.In order to determine that whether TIMM9 can be used as a prognostic marker for liver cancer,the pan-cancer transcriptome data from the UCSC Xena database,the liver cancer transcriptome and clinical data from the TCGA database,and the Tim9 protein immunohistochemical results from the HPA database were collected for bioinformatics analysis.It was found the expression of TIMM9 increased in liver cancer and the results of prognosis and clinical correlation analysis were statistically significant(P<0.05).Univariate and multivariate COX regression analysis showed that TIMM9 could be used as an independent prognostic factor for liver cancer,and GSEA enrichment analysis showed that multiple molecular signaling pathways were associated with its increased expression,indicating that TIMM9 could be used as a potential prognostic marker of liver cancer.
