摘  要:为了解新冠肺炎疫情期间利用QQ平台和腾讯会议进行“皮肤性病学”课程PBL教学的效果,以湖北理工学院第一临床学院2016级临床医学本科班的106名学生为调查对象,利用QQ平台和腾讯会议进行“皮肤性病学”课程PBL线上教学,并对教学效果进行评估,发现通过QQ群功能和腾讯课堂可以较好地完成PBL教学的5个阶段,能保证教学质量。但是,与传统的线下教学方式相比较,PBL线上教学存在网络卡顿、学生注意力不集中、很多操作不能现场示范等问题。QQ平台和腾讯会议进行“皮肤性病学”课程PBL教学效果较好,但开展PBL线上教学活动面临很多挑战,还需要进一步发展和完善。To analyze the PBL Teaching effect of Dermatovenerology based on the QQ Platform and Tencent meeting during the COVID-19 epidemic,106 students of the 2016 undergraduate clinical medicine class of the First Clinical School of Hubei Polytechnic University were selected as the survey objects,using the QQ platform and Tencent conference to conduct online PBL teaching,and evaluating its teaching effects.It was found that the 5 stages of PBL teaching can be well completed through the QQ group function and Tencent classroom to ensure the quality of teaching.However,compared with the traditional on-site teaching patterns,PBL online teaching has problems such as network lag,students′inattention and failure in live demonstration.The PBL teaching Dermatovenerology on QQ platform and Tencent conference can achieve good effect,but the development of PBL online teaching activities still faces many challenges and needs further improvement.
