摘 要:膳食纤维对人体健康具有重要作用,被称为人类第七营养素。在已有膳食纤维研究结果中显示,玉米皮中膳食纤维含量高、纤维结构好,是较好的膳食纤维来源。目前,国内外对玉米皮膳食纤维的研究多集中于制备工艺和理化特性的研究,鲜见对其降血脂作用机制深入研究的报道。综述了玉米皮膳食纤维的定义和分类、膳食纤维的摄入量、降血脂作用及机制的研究进展,以利于玉米皮膳食纤维的进一步开发和研究,为临床工作者指导高脂血症患者膳食治疗提供参考。Dietary fiber plays an important role in human health and is known as the seventh nutrient.In the study of dietary fiber,it has been shown that corn husk is a good source of dietary fiber because of its high content and good fiber structure.At present,most of the research on corn husk dietary fiber at home and abroad focuses on its preparation process and physical and chemical properties,and there are few in-depth studies on its hypidemic mechanism.In this paper,the definition and classification of dietary fiber from corn husk,the intake of dietary fiber,the effect and mechanism of hypidemia of dietary fiber from corn husk were reviewed,in order to facilitate the further development and research of dietary fiber from corn husk,and provide reference for clinical workers to guide the dietary treatment of hyperlipidemia patients.
