摘　　要：利用“互联网+”技术进行“食品工厂设计”课程改革,以超星泛雅平台的学习通为平台,整合各种资源,完善课堂教学。实践证明,依靠“互联网+”技术进行线上线下混合式教学模式,增加了学生学习专业课的积极性、主动性,课前课后的互动使课堂变得丰富、生动。课程的教改实践为未来该学科课程建设和发展提供一些依据及优化策略。Food Factory Design curriculum was reformed by using“Internet+”technology.We integrated various resources about this course and improved the teaching effect by utilizing the soft of Superstar Learning.The reform was showed that relying on“Internet+”technology and carrying out the hybrid teaching mode of online and offline,could increase the enthusiasm and initiative of students.The interaction after class made the classroom rich and vivid.The teaching reform of this course provided some strategies for the construction and development of the course.
