摘 要:为了探讨黄芪药渣对非洲雏鸵鸟生长性能、血液生化指标及抗氧化能力的影响,试验将24只10日龄的健康非洲雏鸵鸟随机分成4组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加0.5%、1%和2%黄芪药渣,试验期为80 d,测定非洲雏鸵鸟初体重及末体重,计算非洲雏鸵鸟生长性能;试验结束时,测定血常规指标、血清生化指标及血清和肝脏抗氧化指标。结果表明:与对照组相比,各黄芪药渣组非洲雏鸵鸟的末体重和平均日增重显著升高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05);各黄芪药渣组的红细胞数、白细胞数、血红蛋白含量和血细胞比容及血液中葡萄糖、总蛋白、白蛋白和球蛋白含量差异不显著(P>0.05),三酰甘油、总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量显著降低(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量显著提高(P<0.05);血清和肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和过氧化物酶活性显著提高(P<0.05),丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05)。1%和2%添加组血清和肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和过氧化物酶活性显著高于0.5%添加组(P<0.05),丙二醛含量显著低于0.5%添加组(P<0.05),但1%和2%添加组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明黄芪药渣可明显提高非洲雏鸵鸟生长性能及增强抗氧化功能,且效果随着黄芪药渣添加量增加而提高,黄芪药渣作为非洲雏鸵鸟的潜在抗氧化剂添加剂,考虑到成本,添加量为1%最佳。In order to explore the effect of Astragalus dregs on the growth performance, blood biochemical indexes and antioxidant capacity of African young ostrich, 24 healthy 10-day-old African ostriches were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups. The control group was fed the basal diet, and the experimental group was supplemented with 0.5%, 1%, and 2% Astragalus dregs in the basal diet, respectively. The experimental period was 80 d. The initial body weight and final body weight of African young ostriches were measured, and the growth performance of African young ostriches was calculated;at the end of the experiment, blood routine indexes, serum biochemical indexes and serum and liver antioxidant indexes were determined. The results showed that compared with the control group, the final body weight and average daily gain of African young ostriches in the Astragalus dregs groups were significantly increased(P<0.05), and the average feed-to-weight ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the number of red blood cells, the number of white blood cells, the content of hemoglobin and hematocrit, and the contents of glucose, total protein, albumin and globulin in the blood between the Astragalus dregs groups(P>0.05). The contents of triacylglycerol, total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were significantly decreased(P<0.05), and the content of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was significantly increased(P<0.05);superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidation in serum and liver. The enzyme and peroxidase activities were significantly increased(P<0.05), and the malondialdehyde content was significantly decreased(P<0.05). The contents of triacylglycerol, total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were significantly decreased(P<0.05), and the content of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was significantly increased(P<0.05);the activities of superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase and peroxidase in serum and liver were significantly increas
