摘 要:为了研究不同养殖密度对达氏鳇幼鱼生长指标、血清生化指标及脂肪酶活性的影响,试验将15 000尾达氏鳇幼鱼随机分为5组(A组、B组、C组、D组和E组),在循环水养殖条件下分别以不同的养殖密度(1 111尾/m^(3)、1 481尾/m^(3)、1 852尾/m^(3)、2 222尾/m^(3)、2 593尾/m^(3))进行养殖,每组3个重复,预试期7 d,试验期60 d,测定各组的生长指标(终末体长、终末体重、体长绝对增长量、体重绝对增长量、体长相对增长率、体重相对增长率、体长特定生长率和体重特定生长率)、血清生化指标(碱性磷酸酶、乳酸脱氢酶活性、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶活性及三酰甘油、球蛋白、血清钾、血清钠、血清钙含量)和脂肪酶活性,分析不同养殖密度对达氏鳇幼鱼上述指标的影响。结果表明:A组的终末体长、终末体重、体长绝对增长量、体重绝对增长量、体长相对增长率、体重相对增长率、体长特定生长率及体重特定生长率均为最高。其中A组的终末体长和终末体重均显著高于B组、C组及E组(P<0.05),与D组差异不显著(P>0.05);A组的体长绝对增长量、体重绝对增长量、体长相对增长率、体重相对增长率、体长特定生长率及体重特定生长率均显著高于C组和E组(P<0.05),与B组和D组差异不显著(P>0.05)。各组肥满度差异不显著(P>0.05)。随着养殖密度的增加,达氏鳇幼鱼的累计死亡率大体上呈升高趋势;试验结束后,A组、B组、C组、D组和E组的累计死亡率分别为8.67%、8.52%、18.60%、20.58%和22.40%;高死亡率主要集中于试验初期(第1~8天),在试验第40天以后,各组均无死亡情况发生。A组的碱性磷酸酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶活性均为最高,B组的乳酸脱氢酶活性最高。其中A组的碱性磷酸酶活性显著高于B组(P<0.05),与C组、D组及E组均差异不显著(P>0.05);天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶活性显著高于B组、D组及E�In order to study the effects of different culture density on the growth, serum biochemical indexes and lipase activity of juvenile Huso dauricus, A total of 15 000 juveniles of Huso dauricus were randomly divided into 5 groups(group A, group B, group C, group D and group E). Under the condition of circulating water culture, they were cultured at different culture densities(1 111/m^(3), 1 481/m^(3), 1 852/m^(3), 2 222/m^(3)and 2 593/m^(3)). There were three repetitions in each group.The pre-experiment lasted for seven days and the experiment lasted for 60 days. The growth indexes(terminal body length, terminal body weight, absolute growth of body length, absolute growth of body weight, relative growth rate of body length, relative growth rate of body weight, specific growth rate of body length and specific growth rate of body weight), serum biochemical indexes(alkaline phosphatase, lactate dehydrogenase activity, alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase activity, triacylglycerol, globulin, serum potassium, serum sodium and serum calcium content) and lipase activity of each group were measured, and the effect of which on juveniles of Huso dauricus was analyzed. The results showed that the terminal body length, terminal body weight, absolute growth of body length, absolute growth of body weight, relative growth rate of body length, relative growth rate of body weight, specific growth rate of body length and specific growth rate of body weight were the highest in group A. The terminal body length and terminal body weight in group A were significantly higher than those in group B, group C and group E(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between group A and group D(P>0.05).
