摘　　要：为进一步提升矫直辊渐开线花键轴头的承载能力,通过对双键槽轴头强度的对比计算,结合两者结构特点和数据分析,在双键槽轴头基础上加装大规格渐开线花键轴套,以提升承载能力。In order to further improve the load capability of involute spline shaft head of straightening roll,through comparing and calculating the strength of double keyway shaft head,combining with their structure features and data analysis,a large involute spline shaft sleeve is added on the basis of double keyway shaft head to enhance the load capability.
