小世界网络、信号传递对焦点企业突破性创新绩效的影响

摘　　要：整合社会网络理论和信号理论,构建突破性创新资源获取模型,实证探究小世界网络对企业突破性创新绩效的微观作用机制,同时探究质量信号和意图信号的中介作用。研究发现:抱团联系和桥接联系均正向影响企业突破性创新绩效,质量信号和意图信号在小世界网络结构和突破性创新绩效之间起中介作用。为企业在联盟组合网络内构建网络结构,对抗资源拥塞现象以提升突破性创新绩效提出建议。Through the integration of social network theory and signal theory,and the construction of breakthrough innovation resource acquisition model,this paper empirically explores the micro-mechanism of small-world network on enterprise breakthrough innovation performance,and also probes into the intermediary role of quality and intention signals.The results show that group connection and bridging connection both positively affect enterprise breakthrough innovation performance,and quality signal and intention signal play an intermediary role in the relationship of small-world network structure and breakthrough innovation performance.All this provides suggestions for enterprises to build network structure in alliance combination network,to fight against resource congestion and to improve breakthrough innovation performance.
