大学生心理弹性与人际适应性的关系:情绪调节的中介作用

摘　　要：为探究心理弹性与人际适应性的关系及情绪调节的中介作用,采用心理弹性量表、情绪调节问卷和人际适应性问卷,对826名在校大学生进行问卷调查。结果发现:(1)相比于城镇生源,农村生源大学生的人际适应性显著更低;(2)大一年级的人际适应性显著低于二、三年级,大四的人际适应性水平显著最高;(3)心理弹性、认知重评与人际适应性三者之间均呈显著正相关;(4)认知重评在心理弹性与人际适应性之间起部分中介作用。未来研究可以通过认知重评训练提升大学生的人际适应性,促进其心理健康。In order to explore the relationship between resilience and interpersonal adaptability and the mediating role of emotion regulation between them,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 826 college students,using the resilience scale,the emotion regulation scale and the interpersonal adaptability scale.The results indicated that:(1)Compared with students from urban area,those from rural area scored significantly lower on interpersonal adaptability.(2)The fresh students scored significantly lower on interpersonal adaptability than the sophomore and junior students,the senior students scored significantly higher than those in other grades.(3)There was a significantly positive correlation between resilience and interpersonal adaptability,a significantly positive correlation between resilience and cognitive reappraisal,a significantly positive correlation between cognitive reappraisal and interpersonal adaptability.(4)Cognitive reappraisal played a partial mediating role in the relationship between resilience and interpersonal adaptability.In future studies,college students'cognitive reappraisal could be trained to promote interpersonal adaptability,and then facilitate their mental health.
