回生口服液联合放疗治疗中晚期食管癌患者临床疗效的观察

摘　　要：目的:探究回生口服液联合放疗治疗中晚期食管癌患者临床疗效的观察。方法:将2019年1月-2020年6月在焦作市第二人民医院就诊,经病理及影像学资料确诊为中晚期食管癌的患者共68例,随机数字表法分成治疗组和对照组各34例,对照组给予单纯放疗及对症支持治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合回生口服液治疗,治疗过程中详细观察并记录患者的临床症状及不良反应的发生情况,治疗结束后评价患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗结束后对两组进行统计分析,治疗组在提高患者的生活质量上优于对照组(P<0.05),也可显著提高患者的肿瘤缓解率,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002);治疗组在缓解放疗期间出现的乏力、胸骨后疼痛上显著优于对照组,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05);在不良反应上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:回生口服液能有效地缓解放疗期间患者出现的胸骨后疼痛、乏力,改善患者的生活质量,提高临床疗效,且未见明显不良反应。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Huisheng oral liquid(回生口服液)plus radiotherapy on advanced patients with esophageal cancer.Methods:From January 2019 to June 2020,68 patients with advanced esophageal cancer were diagnosed by pathology and imaging data.All patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was treated with radiotherapy and symptomatic support.The treatment group was treated with Huisheng oral liquid on the basis of the control group.During the treatment,the clinical symptoms and adverse reactions of the patients were observed and recorded in detail,and the clinical efficacy of the patients was evaluated after the treatment.Results:The two groups were statistically analyzed after treatment.The treatment group was better than the control group in the improvement of the quality of life(P<0.05),and the treatment group could also significantly improve the tumor remission rate(P<0.002);the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in relieving fatigue and poststernal pain during radiotherapy(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion:Huisheng oral liquid can effectively relieve the post-sternal pain and fatigue during radiotherapy,improve the quality of life of patients,and promote the clinical efficacy,and it has no obvious adverse reactions.
