补中益气汤加减治疗肿瘤性发热的效果及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨补中益气汤加减治疗肿瘤性发热的效果及安全性研究。方法:将2015年1月-2019年6月在龙岩市中医院肿瘤科治疗的85例肿瘤性发热患者随机分为两组,对照组40例外用吲哚美辛栓剂治疗,观察组45例服用补中益气汤加减治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、卡氏功能状态(Karnofsky Performance Status,KPS)评分、中医证候积分变化及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后KPS评分显著高于对照组,中医证候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组虚汗乏力、胃肠道反应、再次发热等不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补中益气汤加减治疗肿瘤性发热的效果显著,能有效退热,缓解中医证候,提高机体功能状态,且不良反应发生率低,具有积极的临床意义。Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of the modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction(补中益气汤加减)on neoplastic fever.Methods:85 cases of tumor patients with fever treated in Longyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2015 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in the control group received external application of indomethacin suppository treatment,45 cases in the observation group received the modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction treatment,the clinical curative effect,KPS score and TCM syndrome integral change,adverse reactions in two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,KPS score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and TCM syndrome score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions,such as hyperhidrosis,gastrointestinal reactions,and recurrent fever,in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction has a significant effect in the treatment of tumor-induced fever.It can effectively reduce fever,relieve TCM syndromes,improve body function,and has a low incidence of adverse reactions,which has positive clinical significance.
