摘　　要：吕虎军主任在30多年的中医临床工作中,对中医药辨证施治月经病有独到的见解。文章简述吕虎军主任对月经不调病因病机的认识,总结跟师经验,并附验案一例,以期分享经验,为临床治疗提供参考。In the more than 30 years of clinical work in TCM,Director YLU Hujun has unique insights on TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of menstrual diseases.In order to share YLU Hujun’s experience,his understanding on the etiology and pathogenesis of irregular menstruation was briefly described,the author’s learning experience was summarized,and a case was attached.
