摘　　要：中医治法理论是中医学辨证论治过程中的重要环节和枢纽,具有承先启后作用。它不仅属于中医基础理论的领域,且直接引导了临床应用与试验。文章旨在浅析中医治法理论近几年在临床应用和试验研究方面比较突出的热点,如活血化瘀、解毒通络、扶阳抑阴、清法及下法在临床中的具体应用。The theory of TCM treatment is an important part of the process of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,and it has the effect of linking the past and the future.It not only belongs to the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine,but also guides clinical applications and experiments.In this article,the most prominent hot spots in the clinical application and experimental research of TCM theories in recent years are analyzed,including promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis,detoxifying and dredging collateral,strengthening Yang(阳)and suppressing Yin(阴),clearing method and purgative method in clinical application.
