摘 要:对橡塑材料发泡过程副产物废油膏进行回收利用研究。采用化学除水法对废油膏进行除水处理,考察了马来酸酐不同加入量对废油膏除水效果的影响。将废油膏与马来酸酐质量比为10∶1的样品进行除水处理后所得成品进行pH测定和氢核磁表征,结果显示成品pH为6.5左右,核磁共振氢谱中无水峰,且烯烃峰与原样品谱图中烯烃峰化学位移几乎一致。随后将经过除水处理的废油膏与新料以1∶4的质量比添加到橡塑发泡原料端,最终所得橡塑发泡成品的表观密度、氧指数、压缩回弹率、导热系数和真空吸水率5项指标均符合国家标准。通过对废油膏进行除水及回料添加的技术处理,一定程度上降低了生产原料成本,实现了废物再利用和清洁环保的目标。The recovery and utilization of waste ointment from the rubber-plastics foaming process were studied.The chemical water removal method was used to remove the water from the waste ointment,and the effects of different amounts of maleic anhydride on the water removal effect of the waste ointment were investigated.The sample with the mass ratio of waste ointment to maleic anhydride of 10∶1 was dewatered.The pH value and H-NMR of the finished product were determined.The test results show that the pH value of the finished product is about 6.5,there is no water peak in the H-NMR spectrum,and the chemical shift of olefin peak is almost the same as that in the spectrum of the original sample.Then,the dewatered waste ointment and new material are added to the rubber-plastics foaming raw material end at the mass ratio of 1∶4.The five indexes of the final rubber-plastics foaming products are in line with the national standards,such as apparent density,oxygen index,compression resilience,thermal conductivity and vacuum water absorption.Through the technical treatment of water removal and recycling of waste ointment,the cost of production raw materials is reduced to a certain extent,and the objectives of waste reuse,cleaning and environmental protection are realized.
