摘　　要：六气时行民病证治方见于陈无择《三因极一病证方论》共6首,依司天在泉不同而立方。对六气时行民病方的比较和数据分析,研究其用药规律发现因六气司天、在泉不同,其组方用药随六气所主气候、病证不同有较大差异;制方依据《黄帝内经》五味胜复理论配伍,君药随六气胜复而不同,用药偏辛甘温,注重调理脾胃。六气时气民病证治方为针对六气变化而设的通治方,临床应结合六气变化,依据五味胜复理论进行药物配伍,对其配伍规律的认识有助于运气理论在临床中的应用。The prescriptions for the treatment of diseases of the people during Liuqi Shixing Minbing Zhengzhi prescriptions were found in San Yin Ji Yi Bing Zheng Fang Lun written by CHEN Wu-ze.According to the changes of Sitian and ZaiQuan in every year,there are 6 prescriptions for the treatments of diseases.Through the comparison of Shixing Minbing Zhengzhi prescriptions and data analysis,it is found that due to the difference of Liuqi Sitian and ZaiQuan,the prescriptions are different according to the main climate and disease syndromes of Liuqi Institute.The prescriptions are based on the theory of oppressed elements on the five flavours of Inner Canon of Huangdi,and the primal medicines are different with the Liuqi Shengfu theory,and the medications are biased to spicy,sweet and warm,and pay attention to conditioning spleen and stomach.These prescriptions were shared prescriptions designed for the changes of Liu Qi.By combining the changes of Liu Qi and the theorys of oppressed elements on the five flavours,the understanding of its compatibility law is conducive to the application of Yu Qi Theory in clinical practice.
