摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在解决高校专利管理和运营转化对信息的需求,弥补现有专利数据库的不足,提出更为全面的高校专利数据标引模型,为专利分级分类、专利价值评估提供数据支撑。[方法/过程]从高校管理运营需求出发,采用对比研究、文献调研、问卷调查等方法,提出基于管理、技术价值、法律价值、市场价值、战略价值五个维度的标引字段体系,结合现有数据库的标引字段,构建出更为完善的专利数据标引模型。[结果/结论]该模型可为高校开展专利资产分级管理、分类运营以及相应的专利价值评估等工作提供更为丰富的基础数据支持。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to solve the current demand for information in the transformation of patent management and operation in universities make up for the deficiencies of the existing patent database and propose a more targeted university patent data indexing model to provide data support for patent classification and patent value evaluation[Method/process]Starting from the management and operation needs of universities the paper uses comparative research literature research questionnaire survey and other methods puts forward an indexing field system based on the five dimensions of management technical value legal value market value and strategic value and constructs a more perfect patent data indexing model combined with the indexing fields of the existing database.[Result/conclusion]The model can provide more abundant basic data support for universities to carry out hierarchical management of patent assets classified operation and corresponding patent value evaluation.
