摘  要:本文对昌黎碣石山产区西拉酿酒葡萄园生长季温度、降水及土壤养分等进行了测定,并测定了2018—2020年西拉葡萄果实的品质。结果表明:昌黎碣石山产区热量充足,能够满足西拉葡萄生长需求;生长季降水量适中,但多集中于成熟前2个月,应做好排水工作;土壤有机质及氮、钾等大量元素缺乏,铁、铜及锌等微量元素含量丰富;在严格限制产量的条件下,葡萄果实品质优良,在做好土肥水管理的前提下,能够生产出高质量西拉葡萄。In this paper,temperature,precipitation and soil nutrients in the vineyard were measured during the growing season of Syrah in Jieshi Mountain of Changli.The fruit quality of Syrah grape was determined from 2018 to 2020.The results showed that there was sufficient heat in Changli to meet the demand of grape growth.The precipitation in the growing season was moderate,but mostly concentrated in the two months before maturity,so drainage should be done well.Soil organic matter,nitrogen and potassium were deficient,while trace elements such as iron,copper and zinc were abundant.Under the condition of strictly limited yield,the grape fruit quality was excellent.Under the condition of good soil,fertilizer and water management,high quality Syrah grapes could be produced.
