摘  要:本文利用2对引物分别对宁夏与内蒙古地区的密点麻蜥进行线粒体ND2与ND4基因序列扩增并对产物进行直接测序,探究密点麻蜥种群遗传现状与系统发生关系。结果显示,宁夏地区的3个采集点之间存在基因流,且所采集的全部密点麻蜥样本与荒漠麻蜥品种也存在着基因交流。在保护密点麻蜥种质资源及维持其遗传多样性过程中,应避免密点麻蜥种群间的过度基因交流以及适当控制与近缘物种的渗透杂交。In this paper,two pairs of primers were used to amplify the mitochondrial ND2 and ND4 gene sequences of Eremias multiocellata in Ningxia and Inner Mongolia,respectively,and the products were directly sequenced,so as to explore the genetic status and phylogenetic relationship of the Eremias multiocellata population.The results showed that there was gene flow between the three collection sites in Ningxia,and all the collected samples of Eremias multiocellata also had gene exchange with Eremias przewalskii species.In the process of protecting the germplasm resources and maintaining the genetic diversity of Eremias multiocellata,it is necessary to avoid excessive gene exchange among Eremias multiocellata populations and to properly control infiltration hybridization with closely related species.
