摘 要:为了解决传统经颅磁刺激仪刺激线圈位姿固定,导致输出磁场刺激部位调节困难的问题,本研究设计并仿真了一种经颅磁刺激仪线圈位姿调整装置,设计了线圈位姿调整装置的机械结构,建立系统坐标系、线圈和人脑有限元模型,分析在刺激电参数相同、机械结构参数不同条件下,线圈刺激颅脑的磁场分布。随着刺激线圈位姿的调整,磁场刺激颅脑的部位发生改变,覆盖头皮面积也相应改变。本研究提出的经颅磁刺激仪线圈位姿调整装置能够根据需要调节颅脑的刺激部位。In order to solve the problem of the fixed position and posture of coil of traditional transcranial magnetic stimulator and the fixed output magnetic field stimulation area,a transcranial magnetic stimulator(TMS)coil pose adjustment device was designed and simulated.The structure of the coil position and posture adjustment device was designed,and the system coordinate system,the finite element model of the coil and human brain were established.The magnetic field distribution of the stimulation coil to the brain were analyzed under the conditions of the same electrical parameters and different mechanical structure parameters.With the adjustment of the pose of the stimulation coil,the part of the brain that the magnetic field stimulates changed,and the area covered by the scalp also changed accordingly.The coil position and posture adjustment device of TMS can adjust the stimulation area of brain as required.
