摘 要:为获得乙醇浸提法提取香蒲雌花序中总黄酮的最佳工艺,以总黄酮提取率为评价指标,基于单因素试验法考察了乙醇浓度、料液比、回流提取时间对提取率的影响,并以正交实验法进行工艺条件优化。结果表明,最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度50%,料液比1∶50(g∶mL),回流提取时间1h,此条件下香蒲雌花序中总黄酮的提取率可达3.45%。In order to obtain the best extraction process of total flavonoids from female inflorescence of Typha by alcohol extraction,taking the extraction rate of total flavonoids as the evaluation index,the effects of ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio and reflux extraction time on the extraction rate were investigated based on single factor test,and the process conditions were optimized by orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimum extraction process was as follows:ethanol concentration was 50%,solid-liquid ratio was 1∶50(g∶mL),reflux extraction time was 1h,and the extraction rate of total flavonoids in female inflorescence of Typha was 3.45%.
