摘  要:采用3种不同形态的竹刨花及不同形态刨花组合压制竹质定向刨花板(BOSB),探讨竹刨花形态对BOSB物理力学性能的影响。结果表明:采用不同刨花形态制得的BOSB性能差异较为显著,尺寸较大的竹刨花因其本身良好的抗弯强度和塑性,制备BOSB能有效提升板材强度;尺寸较小的刨花具有良好的流动性,有效胶合面积大,因此制得的BOSB稳定性好;将尺寸较小的刨花作为辅助填充物添加,能够改善单一使用大刨花或小刨花时出现的板材力学性能较低问题。Three kinds of bamboo particles and their combinations were used to press Bamboo Oriented Strand Board(BOSB)to investigate the effects of bamboo particles morphology on the physical and mechanical properties of BOSB.The results showed that the properties of BOSB prepared by different particles were significantly different.The strength of BOSB prepared by larger bamboo particles can be improved effectively because of its good bending strength and plasticity.The particles with smaller size had good fluidity and large effective bonding area,so the BOSB prepared had good stability.Adding smaller particles as auxiliary filler can improve the low mechanical properties of boards when large or small particles are used alone.
