摘  要:性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)又名睾酮-雌二醇结合球蛋白,与雌激素及睾酮结合的亲和力较高,可通过调节与性激素的结合力动态调控血液中的激素水平,进而作用于不同的靶器官产生不同的生物学效应。SHBG在性激素代谢障碍相关疾病、妇科肿瘤以及围生期代谢性疾病的发生发展中具有重要作用。在辅助生殖技术领域,SHBG通过全身或局部激素调节、信号通路等参与促排卵反应性、卵泡的生长发育、精子的发生以及子宫内膜的容受性等。因此,SHBG在辅助生殖技术相关疾病的发生发展中发挥重要作用,但具体作用机制还有待未来进一步研究验证。Sex hormone-binding globulin(SHBG),also known as testosterone-estradiol binding globulin,can bind to estrogen and testosterone with high affinity and dynamically regulate the concentration of hormones in blood by regulating the binding force with sex hormones,thereby can produce different biological effects on different target organs.SHBG plays an important role in the occurrence and development of diseases related to sex hormone metabolism disorders,gynecologic tumors and perinatal metabolic diseases.In the field of assisted reproduction technology,SHBG participates in ovulation induction responsiveness,follicle growth and development,sperm generation and endometrial receptivity through systemic or local hormone regulation and signal pathways.SHBG plays an important role in the occurrence and development of assisted reproductive technology related diseases,but the specific mechanism needs to be further studied and validated.
