摘　　要：胃癌是全球最常见的恶性消化道肿瘤之一,其早期临床表现隐匿,确诊时一般处于晚期,因此预后较差。近年随着胃癌的早诊断、早治疗及辅助治疗的不断完善,患者术后生存率有所提高,但胃癌仍严重威胁人类健康。目前,影响胃癌患者术后预后的因素主要包括患者相关因素、肿瘤相关因素及治疗相关因素等,其中与肿瘤相关的分子标志物备受关注。研究术后预后影响因素有助于对患者术后预后进行预测,从而选择合适的临床干预方式,有效降低患者并发症发生率、复发率及病死率,提高患者生存率,改善患者生存质量。近年发现多种与胃癌术后预后密切相关的肿瘤标志物,未来其有望成为预测胃癌术后预后的潜在指标。Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant gastrointestinal tumors in the world,with hidden early clinical manifestations,and the diagnosis is usually at an advanced stage,so the prognosis is poor.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of early diagnosis,early treatment and adjuvant treatment of gastric cancer,the postoperative survival rate of the patients has improved,but gastric cancer is still a serious threat to human health.At present,the factors affecting the postoperative prognosis of gastric cancer patients mainly include patient-related factors,tumor-related factors and treatment-related factors,among which tumor-related molecular markers have attracted much attention.Studies of the postoperative prognosis factors help to predict the postoperative outcomes,so as to select appropriate clinical intervention methods,effectively reduce the incidence of complications,recurrence rate and mortality rate,improve the survival rate,and improve the quality of life of the patients.In recent years,a large number of tumor markers closely related to the postoperative prognosis of gastric cancer,which are expected to become potential indexes to predict the postoperative prognosis in the future.
