摘  要:乳腺癌是全球女性癌症死亡的主要原因,已成为威胁女性身心健康和生命的重要因素,随着乳腺癌发病率的逐年升高,基于整合素的研究逐渐成为热点。整合素可特异性地识别精氨酸-甘氨酸-天冬氨酸序列,几乎参与乳腺肿瘤发展的全部过程,整合素的表达水平与肿瘤发生、进展、复发和转移密切相关。采用整合素的靶向成像和靶向治疗纳米技术,深入研究乳腺癌的发病机制,可提高乳腺癌的早期诊断效率,有效指导临床治疗,降低乳腺癌的死亡率。Breast cancer is the main cause of cancer death in women all over the world,and it has become an important factor threatening women′s physical and mental health and even their lives.With the incidence of breast cancer increasing year by year,integrin-based research has gradually become a hot topic.Integrins can specifically recognize arginine-glycine-aspartic acid sequence,and are involved in almost every stage of breast tumor development.The expression level of integrin is closely related to tumorigenesis,progression,recurrence and metastasis.The targeted imaging and targeted therapy nanotechnology based on intergrin,and in-depth study of the pathogenesis of breast cancer can improve the efficiency of early diagnosis of breast cancer,to effectively guide the clinical treatment and reduce the mortality of breast cancer.
