摘  要:依达拉奉是一种自由基清除剂、抗氧化剂,对多种神经系统疾病所致的脑损伤均能发挥治疗及保护作用,目前多在神经系统疾病尤其是脑梗死的治疗中广泛应用。然而,因神经元的自身再修复能力有限,临床上对于多种疾病导致的脑损伤一直缺乏有效的治疗手段。作为神经系统疾病新的治疗药物,依达拉奉在其他脑损伤疾病中应用的可能性受到广泛关注,且可能发挥神经保护作用。未来,在基础研究与临床研究的基础上,更多依达拉奉治疗脑损伤疾病的循证医学证据的发现将为疾病治疗提供新方向。Edaravone,as a free radical scavenger and antioxidant,can play a therapeutic and protective role in brain injury caused by various neurological diseases,and is currently widely used in the treatment of neurological diseases,especially cerebral infarction.However,due to the limited ability of neurons to repair themselves,there has been a lack of effective treatment for brain injury caused by various diseases in clinical practice.As a new therapeutic drug for neurological diseases,the possibility of edaravone′s application in other brain injury diseases has drawn much attention,which may play a neuroprotective role.In the future,more evidence-based medical evidence of edaravone for the treatment of brain injury diseases will be discovered based on basic and clinical research,to propose new directions for the disease treatment.
