摘　　要：中医运气学是中医基础宝贵的内容。2021辛丑年总体运气特点多见寒湿,夏季闷热且持续时间较长,夏秋之交受在泉寒水影响,昼夜温差大,易暑、湿、寒三气兼感,卫气共病。方药根据病因病机推荐李氏、王氏的清暑益气汤,另有新加香薷饮。The Yunqi(运气)theory is the most valuable content of the foundation of TCM.The overall characteristics of Yunqi in 2021,Xinchou(辛丑)Year,are mainly cold and damp.The summer is sultry and lasts for a long time.At the turn of summer and autumn,it is affected by the cold water,so the difference of temperature between day and night is large,then the body is easy to be attacked by heat,humidity and cold at the same time,and health system and Qi(气)will be damaged together.According to etiology and pathogenesis,the Qingshu Yiqi decoction(清暑益气汤)from LI Dongyuan and WANG Mengying,and Xiangru Yin(香薷饮)were recommended.
