摘　　要：肝病实脾的理论起源于《黄帝八十一难经》,经过各代医家的继承与发展,如今此法在治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的应用上有着很好的疗效。卢秉久教授在临床上巧用此法,将理论与实践相结合,将实脾法巧妙用于治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的过程中,分期论治以便更好地指导临床,提高疗效,旨在减轻患者病情,防止疾病进一步发展,对治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎有着实际的临床意义。The strengthening spleen theory originated from Classic of Questioning(《黄帝八十一难经》),which has a good effect on the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis B.Theory and practice were combined by Professor LU Bingjiu,and chronic viral hepatitis B is treated in stages,based on the strengthening spleen therapy,in order to alleviate the patient’s condition and prevent the further development of the disease,it has clinical significances.
