低频电针联合吞咽功能训练对脑梗死伴吞咽障碍患者临床疗效影响研究

摘　　要：目的:观察低频电针联合吞咽功能训练对脑梗死伴吞咽障碍患者临床疗效的影响。方法:将48例脑梗死伴吞咽障碍患者随机分为对照1组(16例,常规吞咽功能训练)、对照2组(16例,高频电针联合吞咽功能训练)、治疗组(16例,低频电针联合吞咽功能训练),三组患者均治疗4周。治疗前后比较三组患者的临床疗效、标准吞咽功能评定量表(Standard Swallowing Function Assessment Score,SSA)评分、洼田饮水试验评分、功能性经口摄食量表(Functional Oral Ingestion Score,FOIS)评分及吞咽障碍生活质量量表(Swallowing Disorder Quality of Life Score,SWAL-QOL)评分差异。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照1组和对照2组(P<0.05)。4周后,三组患者的SSA、洼田饮水试验评分与治疗前比较明显降低,治疗组较对照1组和对照2组更加明显(P<0.05)。治疗后三组患者FOIS及SWAL-QOL评分较本组治疗前明显增加,治疗组较对照1组和对照2组更加明显(P<0.05)。结论:低频电针联合吞咽功能训练可有效提高脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者的临床疗效,改善吞咽功能,提高生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective:To observe clinical effects of low frequency electro-acupuncture plus swallowing function training on cerebral infarction with dysphagia.Methods:48 cases were randomly divided into the control group 1(16 cases,took routine swallowing function training),the control group 2(16 cases,took high frequency electro-acupuncture plus swallowing function training),and the treatment group(16 cases,received low frequency electro-acupuncture plus swallowing function training).The treatment lasted for 4 weeks.Results:The total efficiency in the treatment group was obviously higher than the control group 1 and the control group 2(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the SSA scores and Watian drinking water test score in the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the decline in the treatment group was more obvious than the control group 1 and the control group 2(P<0.05).The FOIS score and SWAL-QOL score in the three groups after treatment were significantly increased compared with those before treatment,and the increase in the treatment group was more obvious than the control group 1 and the control group 2(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low frequency electroacupuncture plus swallowing function training on cerebral infarction with dysphagia can effectively improve the curative effect,swallowing function and quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
