柴葛牵正汤治疗面神经炎的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的 :分析研究柴葛牵正汤治疗面神经炎的临床疗效。方法:本次将东莞市长安新安医院在2018年2月-2020年6月收治的60例面神经炎患者作为研究的对象,按随机数字表法分成两组,其中对照组30例采取常规西医药物治疗,观察组30例则采取中药柴葛牵正汤治疗,进一步比较两组临床治疗效果。结果:(1)在治疗总有效率方面,观察组与对照组比较更高(P <0.05)。(2)在面部表情肌瘫痪、前额皱纹消失、眼裂扩大、鼻唇沟平坦、口角下垂症状好转时间方面,观察组均短于对照组(P <0.05)。(3)两组治疗前多伦多面神经功能评定表(Toronto Facial Gmaing System,TFGS)评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,观察组高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:面神经炎患者采取中药柴葛牵正汤治疗的临床疗效显著,可缩短相关临床症状好转时间,改善患者的面神经功能,具备推广及使用的价值。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of the Chaige Qianzheng decoction(柴葛牵正汤)on facial neuritis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with facial neuritis admitted to Chang’an Xin’an Hospital from February 2018 to June 2020 were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(30 cases)was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group(30 cases)was treated with the Chaige Qianzheng decoction.Results:①In terms of the total effective rate,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).②In terms of facial paralysis,disappearance of forehead wrinkles,enlarged eye fissure,flattened nasolabial groove and droop of the mouth,the time in the observation group was significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).③After treatment,TFGS score in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Chaige Qianzheng decoction has significant clinical effects in the treatment of patients with facial neuritis,it can shorten the time of improvement of related clinical symptoms and improve the facial nerve function of patients.Therefore,it has popularization and application value.
