摘　　要：医学是一个专业性和实践性极强的学科,且临床实习是医学教育的重要组成部分,是学生将理论知识转化为临床实践的必经之路。只有真正加强医学生动手能力的培养,切实落实好临床实习管理政策和制度,才能有效地培养出适合社会发展的21世纪高素质医学人才。本篇文章将围绕医学生动手能力的培养和临床实习管理这2方面提出一些设想。Medicine is a professional and pra ctical professional,while clinical practice is an important part of medical education,which is the only way for students to translate theoretical knowledge into clinical practice. Only if we really strengthen the training of medical students’ practical ability,and earnestly implement the policy and system of clinical practice management,can we effectively cultivate the 21st century high-quality medical talents suitable for social development. This article will focus on the training of medical students’ practical ability and the management of clinical practice to put forward some ideas.
