摘　　要：目的探讨支气管动脉介入化疗联合容积旋转调强放疗对非小细胞肺癌患者癌胚抗原(CEA)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平的影响。方法106例非小细胞肺癌患者随机均分为两组,对照组接受常规化疗+容积旋转调强放疗,观察组接受支气管动脉介入化疗+容积旋转调强放疗,比较两组的CEA、NSE水平以及不良反应。结果治疗2个周期后,两组的CEA、NSE水平均显著低于治疗前,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论支气管动脉介入化疗联合容积旋转调强放疗可明显降低非小细胞肺癌患者的CEA、NSE水平,且未明显增加不良反应。Objective To explore the impact of bronchial artery interventional chemotherapy combined with volumetric rotational intensity-modulated radiotherapy on carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and neuron-specific enolase(NSE)levels in patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 106 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were randomly and equally divided into two groups.The control group received conventional chemotherapy+volumetric rotational intensity-modulated radiotherapy,and the observation group received bronchial artery interventional chemotherapy+volumetric rotational intensity-modulated radiotherapy.The levels of CEA and NSE,and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 cycles of treatment,the levels of CEA and NSE in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Bronchial artery interventional chemotherapy combined with volumetric rotational intensity-modulated radiotherapy can significantly reduce the levels of CEA and NSE in patients with non-small cell lung cancer,without obviously increasing adverse reactions.
