摘 要:针对双定子单转子表面嵌入式轴向磁通永磁同步电机的气隙磁场进行了解析研究。建立了气隙磁场的解析模型,将轴向磁通电机等效成直线电机并建立了等效面电流模型来求解空载工况下的气隙磁场。根据电磁场理论中的唯一性定理,给出了满足泊松方程的边界条件,并将分离变量法应用于泊松方程的解析解来计算电机三相定子电枢绕组作用下的气隙磁场。通过将空载下的气隙磁场与电枢绕组作用下的磁场叠加来预测电机负载工况下的气隙磁场。最后用三维有限元仿真计算结果与解析模型的计算结果相比较,证明了解析法可以有效地计算轴向磁通电机的气隙磁场,为轴向磁通永磁同步电机的解析分析和优化设计提供了基本手段。The air gap magnetic field of double stator single rotor embedded axial flux permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)was studied analytically.The analytical model of air gap magnetic field was established.The axial flux motor was equivalent to the linear motor and the equivalent surface current model was established to solve the air-gap magnetic field under no-load condition.According to the uniqueness theorem in the theory of electromagnetic field,the boundary conditions satisfying,the poisson equation was given,and the air gap magnetic field under the action of the three-phase stator armature winding of the motor was calculated by applying the separation variable method to the analytic solution of the poisson equation.The air gap magnetic field under load was predicted by superimposing the air gap magnetic field under the action of armature winding.Finally,the results of three-dimensional finite element simulation were compared with those of analytical model,and it was proved that the analytical method can effectively calculate the air-gap magnetic field of axial flux motor,which provided a basic means for analytical analysis and optimal design of axial flux permanent magnet synchronous motor.
