摘  要:基于某在建高速公路填土路基振动压实试验,运用ABAQUS有限元软件进行数值模拟,通过单因素与灰色关联法分析压实度变化规律,研究填土路基振动压实作业参数和填土材料性质对压实效果的影响。研究表明:采用32t振动压路机相比于22t最终路基压实度提高3.7%左右;填土模量的提高能提高压实效率,但对路基最终压实度影响较小;填土与地基模量相差较大,土层之间难以结合影响压实效率;松铺厚度对压实效果的影响较小,松铺厚度为40 cm时压实度较高;碾压速度对压实效果影响显著,0.6 m/s或0.8 m/s时路基压实度提高1.4%;4种影响因素与压实度之间综合关联度排序为:松铺厚度>填土模量>地基模量>碾压速度。Based on the vibration compaction test of filling subgrade of a expressway under construction, the finite element software ABAQUS was used to carry out numerical simulation of the filling subgrade, and the variation law of compaction degree was analyzed by single factor and grey relevancy method. The influence of vibration compaction operation parameters and properties of filling materials on compaction effect of filling subgrade were studied. The research shows that compared with 22t, the final subgrade compaction degree of 32t vibratory roller is improved by about 3.7 %. The increase of filling modulus can improve the compaction efficiency, but has little effect on the final compaction degree of subgrade. There is a big difference between the modulus of fill and foundation, and it is difficult to combine the soil layers to affect the compaction efficiency.The thickness of loose paving has little influence on the compaction effect, and the compaction degree is higher when the thickness of loose paving is 40 cm. The compaction effect is significantly affected by the rolling speed,and the compaction degree of subgrade increases by 1.4 % at 0.6 m/s or 0.8 m/s. The comprehensive degree of association between the four influencing factors and compaction degree is as follows: loose paving thickness>fill modulus>foundation modulus>crushing speed.
