摘　　要：在国际毒潮席卷下,药物滥用早已成为世界性难题。药物滥用不仅给国家安全、社会稳定带来严峻的威胁,对滥用者个人的身心健康也造成严重的损害。药物滥用与睡眠障碍有着密切的联系,一方面睡眠障碍是药物滥用引发的机体症状之一,另一方面睡眠障碍会恶化药物滥用的程度。本文旨在对药物滥用者的睡眠障碍及其诊断评估方法与干预措施进行系统的综述,以期改善药物滥用者的生活质量,提高戒断后的保持率,也为药物成瘾行为的干预提供了新的思路。Under the international drug wave,drug abuse has long become a worldwide problem.Drug abuse not only poses a severe threat to national security and social stability,but also causes serious damage to the personal physical and mental health of the abuser.Drug abuse is closely related to sleep disorders.On the one hand,sleep disorders are one of the body symptoms caused by drug abuse.On the other hand,sleep disorders can worsen the degree of drug abuse.This article aims to systematically review the sleep disorders of drug abusers and their diagnostic evaluation methods and intervention measures,in order to improve the quality of life of drug abusers,increase the retention rate after withdrawal and also provide new ideas for the intervention of drug addictive behavior.
