摘 要:近距平行跑道对(closely spaced parallel runways,CSPRs)之间采用多种运行方式,一起一降为主要运行方式之一。在满足安全运行条件下,缩小起降飞机之间的运行间隔值,是提升跑道运行效率的有效途径。本文采用概率论模型,对一起一降运行方式下两架飞机之间的安全间隔值进行计算,并考虑技术误差、运行误差、侧风、导航设备误差、人为因素误差、尾流因素的影响。在此基础上,建立有复飞的安全距离计算模型,以上海虹桥机场为例,计算了一起一降运行方式下起降飞机之间的最小安全间隔值。按照该安全距离运行,可提升虹桥机场高峰小时跑道容量。The closely parallel runway pairs adopt multiple operation modes, one arrival and one departure mode is one of the main operation modes. Reducing the operation interval between takeoff and landing aircraft while meeting the requirements of safe operation is an effective way to improve the efficiency of runway operation. Using the probability theory model, this paper calculates the safety intervals between two aircraft under one arrival and one departure operation mode in consideration of the influences of technical error, operation error, crosswind, navigation equipment error, human factor error and wake factor. On this basis, a safe distance calculation model with go-around is established. Taking the Shanghai Hongqiao Airport as an example, this paper calculates the minimum safe distances between takeoff and landing aircraft under one arrival and one departure operation mode. Following the safe distances can increase the runway capacity of the Hongqiao Airport in peak hours.
