摘　　要：我国从航运大国到航运强国的转变,需要更多航海人的参与。结合高职航海类专业人才培养现状,分析了影响高职航海类专业学生培养过程中进多出少的主要原因,并提出了相应的策略构想,以提高航海类专业从事航运工作的学生人数,切实为促进我国航运事业发展做出贡献。Much more seafarers are expected to be trained to ensure the rapid development of shipping industry of China. Based on the current situation of personnel training of navigation majors in higher vocational colleges, this essay analyzed the main factors impacting students’ employment choices in shipping industry after graduation from colleges and presented the strategies for encouraging more students to study for navigational professions. Only in this way, the shipping industry of China can be pushed ahead reliably and steadily.
