摘　　要：室性期前收缩(PCVs)作为一种临床最常见的心律失常疾病,可影响患者心脏的舒缩功能,导致生活质量下降。通常根据病因病机,将其归属于中医“心悸病”范畴。于春泉教授治疗本病具有多年的临床经验,认为PCVs病机关键为气虚血瘀,故以益气活血通络为主要治法。文章通过对于教授运用中药治疗室性期前收缩验案的总结分析,探究其中医辨证思路,遣方用药特点,通过复杂网络分析技术,挖掘核心用药,运用24 h动态心电图结果判断疗效,客观地展示了中医药治疗PCVs的独特优势。Premature ventricular contractions(PVCs)are one of the most common clinicalarrhythmias,which can affect the diastolic and contraction function of the heart,leading to a decline in the quality of life of patients.Usually according to the etiology and pathogenesis,it belongs to the category of“palpitations”in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor Yu Chunquan has many years of clinical experience in the treatment of this disease.He believes that the key to the pathogenesis of this disease is deficiency of qi and blood stasis,so the main treatment is the method of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo.The article summarizes and analyzes the professor Yu’s use of traditional Chinese medicine to treat premature ventricular contractions.Exploring the Chinese medicine’s syndrome differentiation,the characteristics of prescriptions and medications,and using complex network analysis techniques to excavate core medications and use 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram results to judge the curative effect,which can objectively demonstrates the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of PCVs.
