摘  要:2020年9月,国家体育总局、教育部联合印发《关于深化体教融合促进青少年健康发展的意见》(以下简称《意见》)。《意见》明确规定:“畅通优秀退役运动员、教练员进入学校兼任、担任体育教师的渠道,探索先入职后培训。”本文运用文献资料法等,对退役运动员向体育教师转化过程中存在的实际困难进行了发掘与分析,寻求退役运动员转换体育教师的最优路径。研究显示:体教融合背景下,退役运动员向体育教师职业转换过程中窘境主要表现在以下方面:退役运动员自身基本素养力有未逮;自身专业能力差强人意;不同运动员转换差距较大;职业转换意识落于人后;职前教育引导不以为意;不同运动员发展特征不尽相同等。针对以上问题提出相关路径:融贯政策,充分完善体教融合激励机制;改革创新,转变思想意识与教育理念;开展培训,着重加强职业教育与职业素养;完善体系,补齐转业相关理论与实践课程;完善教育制度,调整与适调教师考试合格标准。In September of 2020, the General Administration of sport of China and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education and Promoting the Healthy Development of Teenagers(hereinafter referred to as the Opinions). The Opinions clearly stipulates: “unblock the channels for excellent retired athletes and coaches to enter the schools as part-time and full time PE teachers, and explore the mode of on-the-job training.” this paper explores and analyzes the practical difficulties existing in the transformation from retired athletes to PE teachers by using the method of literature review, so as to seek the best path for retired athletes to transform into PE teachers. The research shows that under the background of the integration of sports and education, the dilemma of retired athletes in the process of professional transformation to sports teachers is mainly reflected in the following aspects: Retired Athletes’ basic literacy is not enough;Their professional ability is not satisfactory;There is a big gap between different athletes;Their consciousness of career transformation falls behind other groups;The guidance of pre-transition education is ignored;The development characteristics of different athletes are different. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward relevant suggestions: integrate the policy, fully improve the incentive mechanism of sports and education integration;change ideological consciousness and educational concept;Carry out training, focusing on strengthening vocational education and professional quality;Improve the system and supplement the theoretical and practical courses related to job transition;Improve the education system, adjust the qualification standards of teachers.
