摘 要:目前,我国高校体育教育专业体操普修教学过程中存在示范不能慢动作演示,学生学习积极性不高等问题,影响了体操课程的教学。本着以学生发展为中心的教学理念,试图设计设既能启发学生的内在潜力和学习动力,又能具有比传统体操课堂效果好的体操普修课程教学模式。为此将线上线下混合式教学模式应用到体操教学工作中。运用文献资料法、访谈法和调查问卷法,分析当前我国高校体操普修课程教学现状问题,根据体操课程内容和特点,探索和实践混合式教学设计方案。结果表明,混合式教学得到了广大学生们的喜爱和认可,激发了学生学习兴趣,提高了学生综合能力,促进了高校应用型人才的培养。该模式在体操教学的应用获得了良好的教学成效,极大提高了体操普修课程的教学质量,进而为同类课程改革探索提供了借鉴和参考。At present,there are some problems in the teaching of general gymnastics in China,which hinder the development of gymnastics courses.In line with the teaching concept centered on student development,we try to design gymnastics general courses that can not only inspire students’internal potential and learning motivation,but also have a better effect than the traditional gymnastics courses.To this end,the online and offline mixed teaching mode is proposed and applied to the gymnastics teaching work.This paper uses literature review,interview,survey and questionnaire methods to analyze the teaching situation of gymnastics courses and explore and practice the mixed teaching design scheme according to the content and characteristics of gymnastics courses.The results show that the mixed teaching mode has been loved and recognized by the majority of students,stimulated students’interest in learning,improved students’comprehensive ability,and promoted the cultivation of applied talents in colleges and universities.The application of this mode in gymnastics teaching has achieved good teaching results,greatly improved the teaching quality of gymnastics general courses,thus providing a reference for the exploration of similar curriculum reforms.
