从文化、范式危机到重建中国经济学

摘　　要：文章以程恩富20世纪90年代政治经济学方面的部分论文作为主要探究对象,借用程恩富《重建中国经济学》专著主体框架,从“中外经济思想和理论研究”“中国经济发展和改革研究”“重建中国经济学的思考”等三个方面着手,尝试梳理程恩富重建中国经济学研究脉络、思想和理论成果。通过梳理可以看出:一方面,程恩富以海派政治经济学专家身份作出的特有的理论探索,对中国当代政治经济社会产生了广泛的影响;另一方面也为其在21世纪对习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想(之中国特色社会主义政治经济学)的阐发奠定了叙事基础。Taking some of Cheng Enfu’s articles on political economics in the 1990s as the main research object,and borrowing the main frame from Cheng Enfu’s monograph Reconstruction of Chinese Economics,the paper tries to sort out the context,thoughts and theoretical results of Cheng Enfu’s research on reconstructing Chinese economics mainly in the following three aspects:“Chinese and foreign economic thoughts and theoretical research”,“Chinese economic development and reform research”,and“thinking on reconstructing Chinese economics”.It can be concluded that on the one hand,as a Shanghai expert on political economy,Cheng Enfu’s unique theoretical exploration has had a wide-ranging impact on China’s contemporary politics and economy;on the other hand,it has also laid a narrative foundation for the elucidation of Xi Jinping’s thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the New Era in the 21st century.
