摘　　要：阐述电子电路仿真的技术特点,仿真技术在集成电路设计中的应用,电路数模混合仿真,多次检测修正,能够提高电路的整体性能,确保性能指标与设计目标相符合。This paper expounds the technical characteristics of electronic circuit simulation, the application of simulation technology in integrated circuit design, circuit digital analog hybrid simulation, multiple detection and correction, which can improve the overall performance of the circuit and ensure that the performance index is consistent with the design goal.
